One of C4SO’s priorities is cultivating the Next Generation of Anglican leaders in our churches. At the helm of this effort is the Rev. Aaron Buttery, C4SO’s Canon for Culture and Values, and Ryder Mills, C4SO’s NextGen Coordinator. Through seeking to discover, develop and deploy the next generation of spiritual leaders. Aaron and Ryder are working to increase a presence of NextGen-focused leaders in C4SO. They regularly connect with church leaders, lead focused discussions and help churches make substantial strides toward beginning their own expression of NextGen ministry.

If you are interested in NextGen formation in your parish or ministry, Aaron and Ryder provide 1:1 support, assistance, and coaching for local church leaders, both student ministry leaders and Rectors.

Are you starting or reworking your confirmation process?

Are you launching a new student ministry?
