If you have witnessed or suspect the abuse of a child or young person, immediately report it to local authorities.

After reporting the abuse to local authorities, please complete C4SO’s Whistleblower Reporting Form so we know about the incident and can provide trauma-informed care to all parties involved.

REPORTING MISCONDUCT

Misconduct may include categories of behavior like sexual harassment, discrimination, financial impropriety, abuse of authority, other behavior prohibited by ACNA and C4SO canons or policies, or national/state laws.

Are you reporting behavior by a parishioner, staff, volunteer, intern, vendor or Vestry member at your church?

1) Contact your Rector.
2) Complete the Whistleblower Reporting Form.

1) Complete the Whistleblower Reporting Form.
2) Call the Safety, Response and Care Team: Response Lead (629-257-7911).

If you believe the behavior you’re reporting to be a crime or workplace law violation, please call your local police or state employment authority.
Then complete C4SO’s Whistleblower Reporting Form.
