January is C4SO’s annual Sexual Harassment Prevention Month! We want to help each of our churches not only avoid issues of sexual harassment but cultivate a work culture that is above reproach. If you work or volunteer at a C4SO church in any capacity, you have an important role to play.

Update for 2025

We are now asking vestries/wardens to complete our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, ensuring that if abuse or misconduct happens at your church, these key individuals are ready to perform their duties of oversight and care.

What You Need to Do

If you are a clergy person, an employee at a C4SO church, a volunteer, an intern or a warden / member of the vestry, we ask that you complete C4SO’s one-hour Sexual Harassment Prevention Training by January 31. Your Congregation Coordinator or Rector will facilitate the training and document your completion. You do not need to take the quiz at the end. Contact your relevant leader for more information.

January 31 is the deadline for completing our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.

As you participate in Sexual Harassment Prevention Month, you join with us in our commitment to protecting and serving each other. Thanks to you, C4SO can serve those entrusted to us and lead them in the ways of faith.
