Join us for the C4SO Clergy Retreat at beautiful Glen Eyrie in Colorado Springs. Our retreat facilitator is Bishop Jeff Bailey, leading us in a nourishing time of soul care, prayer and reflection. We will also have a farewell party for Bishop Todd with live music, food and a chance to express your thanks for his ministry.

Before becoming C4SO’s Diocesan Bishop in 2025, the Rt. Rev. Dr. Jeff Bailey was the Canon for Leadership Development in the Diocese of Christ Our Hope, where he worked closely with the Bishops to oversee clergy formation, theological education and various strategic initiatives ranging from church planting to cultural engagement. He also served as a priest at Church of the Advent in Washington, DC.

Prior to this, Jeff spent 10 years in parish ministry, as both a pastor and church planter. He and his family then lived in England for eight years, where he taught public theology at the University of Cambridge, and later became the Managing Director of the Centre for Social Justice, a policy think tank in London focused on poverty and economic opportunity.

Jeff lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife Alicia, a psychotherapist in private practice, and they have three children in college.
