Rectors have the honor and responsibility of walking with individuals throughout the Path of Discernment to Holy Orders, and the ability to mentor and support Aspirants from the beginning, helping them explore their callings more deeply.
Deans create a regional environment that fosters leadership through modeling, encouraging, and coaching local Rectors in the raising up of leaders from their congregation. You also establish relationships with Aspirants who will become future clergy in your care.
