Church of the Incarnation is a growing Anglican parish in north Atlanta (Chamblee) that finds unity in Anglicanism’s historic via media—the middle way that holds together the authority of Scripture, the formative power of liturgy and sacrament, and Spirit-led mission to our neighbors. Incarnation was planted in 2019 and is now a self-governing parish in C4SO. We gather in a remarkably diverse community where immigrant families, long-time residents, and young professionals live side by side. We’re a parish ready for its next chapter: moving from church plant energy into mature, sustainable growth with clear pathways for discipleship and formation.

We seek an ordained Anglican priest to serve as Rector—a spiritually mature, emotionally steady shepherd who will lead with humility, preach faithfully from Scripture and the lectionary, and build strong collaborative relationships with our vestry, staff, and diocese. The ideal candidate brings five or more years of Anglican pastoral leadership, experience in congregational renewal and culture-building, and skill in developing lay leaders and sustainable ministries.
