From now through Advent, we invite you to join us for a season of preparation.
During the season of Advent, we as God’s people experience a special tension of waiting and wanting as we prepare our hearts, families and neighborhoods for the coming King. We make a way in the wilderness of our lives; we make straight our paths for Christ to walk on. This preparation will look different for each of us depending on our context, our stage of life, our physical, mental and spiritual health. But we can all make Him room.
During Fall 2015, through story, song, art and more, C4SO will focus on ways we are preparing for Christ’s coming in our midst. Our website, social media and e-newsletter will help guide you deeper into this season of preparation. We will share anticipation with church planters on the verge of launching services. We will walk alongside those who have come through seasons of preparation and are now in the middle of the work. We will savor the beauty of individual artistic expressions of preparation and waiting.
