Lent is a season of clarity—seeing what endures, what must change, and where God is calling us forward. In that spirit, C4SO has made a leadership transition designed to align gifts with needs and position us for sustainable growth.

Bishop Brian’s Focused Role

Effective March 1, Bishop Brian will move to a half-time role with C4SO, concentrating his energy on leadership development and clergy formation. His diocesan focus will include overseeing all ordination processes and formation, managing the Lilly Endowment Grant, leading the Culture and Values team, and conducting episcopal visits as needed.

Alongside this diocesan work, he has been appointed Chief of the Anglican Church in North America’s Common Life Commission, where he will work with the College of Bishops to provide training, mediate conflict, and help shape the broader province’s leadership culture. Pending final approval from the province’s Executive Committee, he will also lead ACNA’s Leadership Development initiative with a focus on building a sustainable leadership pipeline, including establishing minimum ordination standards across the province. To best utilize Bishop Brian’s leadership gifts and dovetail with how he will be shaping ordination and formation standards at the provincial level, Bishop Jeff has asked him to oversee those same areas within C4SO.

Amy Rozko OperationsGratitude for the Rev. Amy Rozko

This transition means a change for the Rev. Amy Rozko, who has served as Canon for Ordinations for the past three years. Amy has walked alongside many women and men on their Path of Discernment to Holy Orders, and made a tremendous impact. Her role is concluding simply because the diocese’s evolving structure no longer requires a separate position in this area. We are deeply grateful for her faithful service and wish her every blessing in what lies ahead.

If you’d like to send Amy a personal word of thanks, we encourage you to reach out to her directly.
