Matthew Aughtry “quasi-accidentally” planted All Saints Waco with C4SO, and plans to continue being a part of the church, but won’t be pastoring the church long-term (All Saints is currently looking for a new rector). We talk with Matthew about his sense of calling and vocation, the different skill sets required for planting a church and pastoring a church, and the unique ethos of All Saints Waco.
