We are so excited to welcome Kimberley to our team! She was formally installed in February, and has relocated to Texas to work with Dean David Roseberry to establish our Diocesan offices there.
The job of Canon to the Ordinary is to provide executive focus to the specific concerns of the bishop. For C4SO, Kimberley will help develop the operations and best practices we need to support our aggressive church planting growth, an integral part of the Strategic Plan. Specifically, she will lead efforts in:
- Financial Management – helping to formalize best practices and provide stewardship of our financial resources
- Organizational Health & Alignment – ensuring that we have the tools and processes in place to identify and equip leaders in our Diocese
- Communications – establishing the right channels to provide the information and support our church planters need in the mission field
